-Consuming the sins of another must be done with someone that has consented and is willing for it. It can be done to the living, dying, or already dead. He does not consume the memory, but the weight they put on a soul.
-Sins can only be consumed through a shared moment between the Sin-Eater and Sinner where the sinner is in a vulnerable situation (Intimacy, Meal, Death Bed, Sleep, Prayer, etc).
-Most "Sinners" can see and touch him. Others might be lucky enough to have such gifts.
-Sight is a gift that he can grant at personal cost.
-He can make himself corporeal, but only temporarily and again, at personal cost.
-For the most part, he is a spectre, invisible to most and able to pass through matter with ease.
-Magic or Silver weapons can bring him great harm. As a result, he has some power that is specific to his nature.
